I’ll talk through the tenancy requirements and inspect the property where needed before giving you a clear quotation. If the oven, carpets, windows or unusually heavy cleaning need separate attention, I’ll spell that out so you know what is included.
Good to know: The aim is a properly refreshed property. I cannot promise the return of a deposit because the decision sits with your landlord or deposit scheme.

I'll explain what I've found and talk through the options. Any change to the price or scope will need your agreement before I carry out extra work.
