I'll ask about the appliance type, condition and any existing faults. Cleaning is not a repair service, and I won't dismantle electrical or gas components beyond what is safe and appropriate.
Good to know: Heavily burnt-on deposits or damaged finishes may have limitations, which I'll discuss in advance.
